Congratulations to the award winning Black Cat Revue for THREE first place wins at the Louisiana State Fair Competition this past weekend. The girls got first place in every division in which they competed. Great job ladies!
While the football team was dispatching Haughton, the wrestling team was at C.E. Byrd’s Annual Takedown Tournament. We had the following results:

Alex Simmaly – 106 lbs Champion
Jason Pitts – 120 lbs Champion
Garrett Strozier – 106 lbs 2nd Place
Zac Funderburk – 132 lbs 2nd Place

Evan Cloinger – 145 lbs 2nd Place
Hunter Dean – 152 lbs 3rd Place

The FCA Leadership team will have a meeting on Tuesday morning at 7:00 in Mrs. Harper's room.

National Honor Society is selling Parkway Pajama Pants! Sale ends November 2nd.
A fundraising, wheelchair basketball game called iBall for Independence at Parkway High School will be held on November 5, 2012. The game will have players both disabled and nondisabled all playing from wheelchairs. The event is to raise money for a local organization called Independence Regained. All donations made will go to Independence Regained.
FCA will be meeting every Thursday morning at 7:00. Everyone is invited! You do not have to pay dues to participate in our Bible studies. If you choose to sign up and buy a shirt, see Mrs. Harper.
