Hello and Welcome!

Hello and Welcome to my classes!  My name is Stacy Clark, and I teach French.  This is my 11th year at Parkway, and my 27th year of teaching!  That doesn't even seem possible!  I love French and I absolutely LOVE teaching, so you can see that this is my dream job.  I'm very excited about the new school year and my new classes, and I am looking forward to a really great year!  I hope you are, too!

If you need to contact me, you can contact me through Illuminate or by e-mail at, or you can call me on my direct line BEFORE 9:00 AM  - (310)759-2288.  I'll be happy to talk to you at any time!

On-Line Homework

Our French textbook is entirely on-line.  Students will get a username and a password to use when logging on to the web-site  I am encouraging students to do their homework on-line, at home, or anywhere that they have internet access.  It will save a lot of class time for us to do fun activities.  I will be issuing a paper workbook as well, in case you can't do the work on-line.  I will make my computer in my room available after school, and students can use the library computers after school as well.  Also, if they are absent, everything they need to keep up with the work will be available on-line--textbook, videos, grammar explanations and more!

Be sure to sign up for Illuminate so you can track your grades (or your child's grades) and communicate easily with me!!
