A little about me!
My name is Beth Plummer. I am a 2007 graduate of Parkway High School, and I am South Bossier born and raised. I love SoBo!
This will be my fourth year teaching, and all 4 years have been spent in Bossier Parish. I did a semester at Parkway filling in, then spent a semester at Bossier High. I am glad to call Parkway home. I have taught Physical Science, Earth Science, and my favorite, which is Biology. I graduated from LouisianaTech in 2011 with a degree in Kinesiology, and then again in 2013 with my Masters of Arts in Teaching. How Bout Them Dawgs!
I am also privileged to get to coach the Softball team. I love the game and I'm glad I get to share that love with our amazing group of young ladies. In my spare time, I also work with a Masonic youth organization called the Rainbow Girls. I lead a busy life but wouldn't have it any other way!
I have an amazing family that I love spending time with, including my fiancee Steven. His proposal was the talk of the school last year, as he proposed in between softball games last March. It was truly an amazing night, and apparently the entire school was in on it! We plan to be married in December of 2016, so I will start the new year as Mrs. Finley! I also have 2 sisters, and a nephew and niece named Adam and Alice. I love getting to make memories with them as their "B."
I can't wait to see what the 2016-2017 school year has to offer. Please check back and see class updates. Visit the locker to see any important documents and links.
